Götz Hempel (1973) founded H-ILF in 2018.

Götz is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in – amongst others - corporate law, M&A, cross-border joint ventures, (re)structuring’s, corporate governance and compliance, and contract law.

Götz advises national and international clients on a wide range of legal and commercial issues.

Götz was educated at the universities of Würzburg and Tier (Germany), Maastricht and Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and Bergen (Norway) and Uppsala (Sweden). Furthermore, Götz completed a Global MBA programme with the London School of Business and Finance with specialisation on Risk Management.

Götz is native German and fluent in Dutch and English. He is a member of:
